BIRTH OF DHRITHARASTRA AND PANDU

 After the marriage oof vichitryaveerya,rajamatha satyavathi decides vichitraveerya to be crowned as king.all the arrangements are made to thrown his as a king.but of badluck he was dead on the same day when he will be crowned because of his habits,he get a dreadful disease "TUBERCULOSIS".
                                    

                                        
                        
                                    After the deaths of his son,the throne of hastinapura remains empty,rajamatha satyavathi promises to ambika and ambalika,that she will fullfill their desire of having son with the boon of "VYASA" maharshi.she orders bhishma to send invitations to vyasa maharshi on the issue of regarding sons.vyasa maharshi with his powers gave a child to ambika and ambalika.In the mean while their maid also gave birth to child under this boon.satyavathi was not happy with that.Bhishma convences satyavathi.
                          
         Ambika give life to "DRUTHARASTRA"
                          
          Ambalika gives birth to "PANDU"
                           
          Maid gives birth to "VIDURA"

AMBIKA was in grief as his dritharastra was born with the disablity of blidness.Pandu and Vidura was with all abilities.But dritharastra was well in hearing though he was  blinded
so dritharastra as an elder thought he was going to be the king.Pandu as an head of the army.While Vidura was mahamantri .all arrangements are made to crown DRITHARASTRA as king,VIDURA in the post of mahamantri rejected his highness to be crowned.

Later dritharastra was wedded to "GANDHARI" the princess of GANDARVA RAJYA and decided to be the maharani of hastinapura with the dritharastra.but was opposed by vidura as dritharastra having an disability of blidness.

"PANDU" was made the ruler of hastinapuram under some circumstancial conditions.
